We will work with parent-teacher associations at local schools around Analavelona Forest, Sakaraha to develop lucrative seed supply chains: thereby addressing both these problems Explain project with stakeholders (including representatives of MEDD, DREED, FRAM and Lonaky) and modify according to feedback.<br \/>2. Recruit new teachers\/local animators x 3, seed collectors\/rangers x 12 and nurserywomen x 12.<br \/>3. Develop Manual of Procedures with FRAM based on good governance, and provide coaching in its application<br \/>4. Research to identify ca. 20 native tree species potentially useful for reforestation (= target species)<br \/>5. Train of local seed collectors\/rangers and nurserywomen<br \/>6. Install and equip 3 nurseries (adjacent to partner schools)<br \/>7. Coach local staff in seed collection, seed preparation and storage, dispatch to Business Unit and the propagation of seedlings for trials<br \/>8. Install and monitor trials of target tree species and share results of species-specific outcomes on sales\u2019 website<br \/>9. Identify and recruit business managers x 2 and administrators x 2 from local graduates, establish and office in Sakaraha and legalise operations (=Business Unit)<br \/>10 Support Business Unit to conceive, create and maintain a \u201csales\u201d webpage, to seek purchasers, and to make funds available to FRAM<br \/>11.
